About The Writer

Writing is lonely work, and I still have to pay the bills. If everyone who visited this site chipped in a dollar or two, it might not change the world, but it sure would cheer me up. Thank you in advance!

Eric Calderwood has an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Toccoa Falls College and a Writing Diploma from the Institute of Children’s Literature.

He is an avid reader of fiction and loves to write young adult fiction.

He is currently re-working his first full length fiction manuscript, Kablunder, and hopes to have it published in the future.

He won Second Place Overall in Writers’ International Forum’s 1999 Winter Writing Contest for his short story, “The Buzzard Tamer,” which can be found as an ebook on Amazon by following this link: The Buzzard Tamer on Amazon.com
